How to refer:
- Complete the referral form below
- Referree must present a copy of the email confirmation to their Taylor Morrison Sales Consultant before signing their contract
- Once your referee has paid their 5% construction deposit in full, we will provide each of you with your Coles Group & Myer voucher.

Referral form must be completed legibly in full by the Referrer and Referee and presented to a Taylor Morrison
Sales Consultant before or at the time of payment of the reservation deposit.
Delivery of the referral reward is strictly conditional on receipt of the Referee’s full deposit on building contract and commencement of construction on the referred client’s site. Taylor Morrison reserves the right not to accept
referral claims where the Referee has already paid a deposit prior to returning the form, or where the Referee is already dealing with a Taylor Morrison Sales Consultant or is already on the Taylor Morrison customer database. Only one referral fee is payable per building contract. In the event of multiple referrals of the same client, Taylor Morrison reserves the right to determine, at its absolute discretion, which party receives the referral fee.
Vouchers are not redeemable for cash. By participating in the offer, the Referrer and Referee both consent to receiving marketing information from Taylor Morrison and agree for Taylor Morrison to use their contact details for marketing purposes.
